Ben Habershon LLB (Hons) – Solicitor
"Ben has proved himself to be practical, responsive and able to deal with a variety of commercial and private client matters.”
Ben has a wealth of experience in company and business purchases, sales and mergers, corporate structuring and shareholder matters. He is adept at drafting commercial contracts of an international nature including terms and conditions, distribution and agency agreements, trading contracts, computer and software contracts and intellectual property related agreements.
Ben’s combination of law firm and industry experience gives him a good understanding of the needs and expectations of commercial clients and ensures that his approach is always practical and grounded in commercial realities.
Ben qualified as a solicitor in 1998. He trained with a regional law firm and joined Morgan Russell in 2000, where he stayed until 2008. Subsequently Ben joined a City firm and practised for two years as partner and head of department.
Ben then worked in-house for a group of companies as head of legal affairs for over two years, before returning to private practice. In August 2014 Ben re-joined his former Morgan Russell colleagues at Dixcart Legal as Head of International Business.
